FORMULATION: Liquid. In serum free culture supernatant containing 0.7% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Human MVP/LRP (major vault protein/lung resistance protein).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes an internal epitope of human MVP/LRP, which is strongly overexpressed in various human non-P-glycoprotein MDR tumor cell lines.
APPLICATION: Flow Cytometry (cell permeabilization required)
Immunocytochemistry (cytospin preparations)
Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, paraffin sections)
Recommended starting dilution is 1:20. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
