SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes iNOS (NOS II), eNOS (NOS III) and nNOS (NOS I) in mouse, rat and bovine samples. Detects bands of ~130kDa (representing iNOS in samples first induced with interferon (IFN) and lipopolysaccarides (LPS)), ~155kDa (in tissues expressing nNOS) and ~140kDa (in tissues expressing eNOS) by Western blot.
