CONCENTRATION:	2mg/ml after reconstitution.
PURITY DETAIL:	Purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and ion exchange chromatography.
FORMULATION:	Lyophilized from 20mM TBS, pH 7.5, containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
RECONSTITUTION:	Reconstitute with 50µl distilled water. Dilute with 10mM PBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN:	Bovine osteocalcin
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes aa 21-31 of human, rat, goat, sheep, pig, bovine, and rabbit osteocalcin. Does not cross-react with mouse osteocalcin.
APPLICATION:	Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections; weak on paraffin sections) Western Blot

SHORT TERM STORAGE:	+4°C
LONG TERM STORAGE:	-20°C
USE/STABILITY:	Stable for at least 2 years after receipt when stored at +4°C. Reconstituted antibody is stable for 6 months when stored at +4°C and for 1 year when stored at -20°C. Diluted antibody should not be stored.
HANDLING:	Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. After reconstitution, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C.
