ISOTYPE: Mouse IgG1
CONCENTRATION: 2mg/ml after reconstitution.
PURITY DETAIL: Purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and ion exchange chromatography.
FORMULATION: Lyophilized from 10mM PBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 50µl distilled water. Dilute with 10mM PBS, pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Bovine osteocalcin.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes aa 4-9 of human, goat, sheep, dog, pig, bovine, rabbit and chicken osteocalcin. Does not cross-react with mouse or rat osteocalcin.
APPLICATION: Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, paraffin sections)
