CONCENTRATION: 2mg/ml after reconstitution.
FORMULATION: Lyophilized from 10mM PBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 50µl distilled water. Dilute with 10mM PBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Bovine osteocalcin.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes aa 45-49 of human and bovine osteocalcin. Does not cross-react with mouse or rat osteocalcin.
APPLICATION: Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, paraffin sections)
