Product Specification
SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:
Human
Others
CLONE: JSB-1
ISOTYPE: Mouse IgG1
CONCENTRATION: ~250µg/ml
FORMULATION: Liquid. In serum free culture supernatant containing 0.7% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: MDR (multidrug resistant) Chinese hamster ovary cells (ChrC5).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes a highly conserved cytoplasmic epitope of the human P-glycoprotein, the expression of which is strongly correlated with the degree of MDR derived MDR cell lines and human MDR cell lines from lung, ovaries and B cell lymphoma. Cross-reacts with Chinese hamster P-glycoprotein. Does not cross-react with mouse, rat or guinea pig P-glycoprotein.
APPLICATION: Flow Cytometry (cell permeabilization required)
Immunocytochemistry (cytospin preparations)
Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, paraffin sections (weak)).
Recommended starting dilution is 1:20. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
SHIPPING: SHIPPED ON BLUE ICE
SHORT TERM STORAGE: +4°C
LONG TERM STORAGE: -20°C
HANDLING: Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
