IMMUNOGEN: Recombinant human PAG/Cbp (phosphoprotein associated with GEMS/Csk-binding protein) intracellular domain (aa 97-432).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human PAG/Cbp. Does not cross-react with mouse, rat and bovine PAG/Cbp. Detects a band of ~80kDa by Western blot (see below).
APPLICATION: Flow Cytometry (Intracellular staining, permeabilization required (2µg/ml))

BACKGROUND/TECHNICAL INFORMATION Note: PAG/Cbp is an ubiquitously expressed ~46kDa transmembrane adapter protein present in microdomains (rafts), which however migrates on SDS-PAGE gels anomalously as an ~80kDa molecule.
