CONCENTRATION: 1mg/ml after reconstitution.
FORMULATION: Lyophilized.
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 300µl distilled water.
IMMUNOGEN: Human recombinant sPLA2 (synovial phospholipase A2).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human sPLA2. Detects a band of ~14kDa by Western blot. Does not cross-react with bee venom (type III) or human (type V) sPLA2.
