SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:

ISOTYPE: Mouse IgG2a
CONCENTRATION: 0.5mg/ml
PURITY DETAIL: Ammonium sulphate precipitation.
FORMULATION: Liquid. In PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.9mg/ml sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Pig proinsulin.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes surface structure of viable isolated rat beta cells. Does not recognize mouse islet beta cells. Cross-reactivity with human pancreatic beta cells was not detected.

Note: Not recommended for WB and IP.
