Product Description

Specifically blocks methyl esterification of geranylgeranylated proteins such as Rab proteins. Blocks receptor-mediated signal transduction in human neutrophils (IC₅₀=4µM). Induces insulin release from HIT-T15 cells by mimicking the action of Rab3A. Inhibits β2-integrin-induced actin polymerization (IC₅₀~45nM) in neutrophils.
