Product Description

Highly cell permeable purine compound that acts as a selective and ATP-competitive inhibitor of CDKs (IC₅₀=6.6µM, 0.41µM, 5.5µM, 15µM and 3.9µM for CDK1/cyclin B, CDK2/cyclin A, CDK4/cyclin D, CDK5/p25 and CDK7/cyclin H) and displays anticancer properties. Causes cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and induces apoptosis by activating caspases and downregulating survivin.
