Cell permeable antagonist of calmodulin. Inhibits Ca²⁺/calmodulin-dependent phosphodiesterase. Inhibits P-glycoprotein-mediated transport. Exhibits antibacterial, antitumor and nematocidal activities. Phytotoxic.
