SOURCE/HOST: Produced in E. coli. Human OSF-1 (osteoblast specific factor 1) is fused at the N-terminus to a thrombin cleveage site and a His-tag.
PURITY: ≥95% (SDS-PAGE)
PURITY DETAIL: Purified by two-step procedure using Ni-NTA and size exclusion chromatography before and after refolding.
FORMULATION: Lyophilized from sterile filtered solution in 0.01M phosphate buffer, pH 7.2, containing 0.1M sodium chloride.
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 200µl PBS, pH 7.2.
