BACKGROUND/TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Mouse leukocyte 12-lipoxygenase is a 75kDa protein which is 58% homologous to mouse platelet 12-lipoxygenase and 70% homologous to pig leukocyte 12-lipoxygenase. It also shows 78% and 77% identity to human and rabbit 15-lipoxygenase, respectively.
