PURITY DETAIL: Protein G-affinity purified.
FORMULATION: Liquid. In PBS containing 0.2% gelatin and 0.05% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-terminal aa 350-362 (S350APTETHSLSWDN362) of human CCR10 (C-C chemokine receptor 10; G-protein coupled receptor 2). This sequence is completely conserved in mouse CCR10.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human CCR10. Detects a band of ~40kDa by Western blot.
