CONCENTRATION: 0.2mg/ml
PURITY DETAIL: Affinity purified.
FORMULATION: Liquid. In PBS, pH 7.2, containing 0.5% BSA, 0.01% thimerosal and 30% glycerol.
IMMUNOGEN: Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 85-101 of human caspase-4.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human, mouse and rat procaspase-4. Detects a band of ~43kDa by Western blot.
APPLICATION: Western Blot (1-2µg/ml).
Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

LONG TERM STORAGE: -20°C
