SOURCE/HOST: From rabbit.
CONCENTRATION: 0.2mg/ml
PURITY DETAIL: Epitope-affinity purified.
FORMULATION: Liquid. In PBS, pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.01% thimerosal.
IMMUNOGEN: Synthetic peptide surrounding aa 162 of human caspase-5.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human, mouse, rat, hamster, monkey, rabbit and bovine caspase-5. Preferentially detects the intermediate (32kDa) and the fully cleaved (20kDa) caspase-5 by Western blot.
APPLICATION: Western Blot (0.5-4µg/ml).
Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

LONG TERM STORAGE: -20°C
