SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:	Human Mouse Rat
SOURCE/HOST:	From chicken.
CONCENTRATION:	6.8mg/ml
PURITY:	Liquid. In 10mM TRIS-HCl, pH 7.5, containing 150mM sodium chloride and 0.02% thimerosal.
PURITY DETAIL:	Purified IgY from egg yolk.
IMMUNOGEN:	Purified rat lung soluble guanylyl cylase α₁β₁ (sGCα₁β₁) (native protein).
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes endogenous rat sGCα₁β₁. Recognizes human and mouse sGCβ₁. Does not cross-react with human and mouse sGCα₁.
APPLICATION:	Western Blot (works on endogenous (1:500)) Note: Not recommended for the detection of human and mouse sGCα₁ subunits, because of the lack of sensitivity.
