SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:	Mouse
SOURCE/HOST:	From rabbit.
CONCENTRATION:	1mg/ml.
FORMULATION:	Liquid. In PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives.
IMMUNOGEN:	Recombinant mouse leptin.
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes human (weak), mouse and rat (weak) leptin. Detects a band of ~16kDa by Western blot.
APPLICATION:	ELISA (direct and indirect; 1:5’000-1:10’000) Western Blot (1:5’000-1:10’000 using ECL; suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST with 0.05% Tween 20 with 5% skim milk; incubate 1 hour at room temperature). Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
