SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:	Human Mouse Others
SOURCE/HOST:	From rabbit.
CONCENTRATION:	2mg/ml after reconstitution.
PURITY DETAIL:	Protein A-affinity purified.
FORMULATION:	Lyophilized from 10mM PBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
RECONSTITUTION:	Reconstitute with 200µl distilled water. Dilute with 20mM TBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide and 10mM calcium chloride.
IMMUNOGEN:	Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 808-827 of human N-cadherin.
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes human, mouse, bovine and chicken N-cadherin. Does not cross-react with human E-or P-cadherin.
APPLICATION:	Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections (5-10μg/ml)) Western Blot (5-10μg/ml) Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application. Note: Does not inhibit N-cadherin dependent cell-cell contact.

LONG TERM STORAGE:	+4°C
USE/STABILITY:	Stable for at least 2 years after receipt when stored at +4°C. Reconstituted antibody is stable for 6 months when stored at +4°C and for 1 year when stored at -20°C.
HANDLING:	Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. After reconstitution, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C.

TBS should be used for dilution as PBS may cause precipitation. In case of immunohistochemistry on paraffin or frozen sections, Ca²⁺ is not necessary.
