SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:
Mouse
SOURCE/HOST: From rabbit.
CONCENTRATION: 2mg/ml after reconstitution.
PURITY DETAIL: Protein A-affinity and epitope-affinity purified.
FORMULATION: Lyophilized from 10mM PBS, pH 7.4,  containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 50µl distilled water. Dilute with 10mM PBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 1-20 (Y1LGASVPSPDP
LEPTREQCE20) of intracellular N-terminal mouse osteocalcin.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes intracellular N-terminal mouse osteocalcin. Does not cross-react with rat osteocalcin.
APPLICATION: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections (1-2µg/ml))
Note: Not suitable for Western blot.
