SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:
Human
SOURCE/HOST: From rabbit.
FORMULATION: Lyophilized.
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 100µl of sterile, distilled water containing 0.02 % sodium azide (optional).
IMMUNOGEN: Recombinant human PARP-1 (poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase-1) DNA-binding domain (aa 1-232).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human PARP-1. Detects bands of ~116kDa (full length PARP-1) and ~29kDa (apoptosis-induced cleavage fragment) by Western blot. Does not cross-react with PARP-2.
