SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:
Human
SOURCE/HOST: From rabbit.
CONCENTRATION: 1mg/ml after reconstitution.
FORMULATION: Lyophilized from sterile filtered solution of affinity purified antibody in 0.1M phosphate buffer, pH 7.2, containing 0.1M sodium chloride.
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 100µl of distilled water and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Slight turbidity may occur after reconstitution, which does not affect the activity of the antibody. In this case clarify the solution by centrifugation.
IMMUNOGEN: Recombinant human resistin.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human resistin.
APPLICATION: ELISA

USE/STABILITY: Reconstituted antibody can be stored at +4°C for two weeks.
