APPLICATION:	Immunocytochemistry (1-5µg/ml) Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections (5-10µg/ml), paraffin sections (5-10µg/ml, pepsin or heat pre-treatment required)) Immunoprecipitation (1-2µg per reaction) Western Blot (1-5µg/ml) Suggested starting concentrations are provided. Antibodies should be titrated for optimal results in individual systems.
