SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:	Human Mouse Rat
SOURCE/HOST:	From rabbit.
CONCENTRATION:	0.2mg/ml.
PURITY DETAIL:	Epitope-affinity purified.
FORMULATION:	Liquid. In PBS containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA and 0.02% thimerosal.
IMMUNOGEN:	Synthetic peptide around the cleavage site of human caspase-3.
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes human, mouse and rat active caspase-3 (p20 subunit). Does not cross-react with procaspase-3 (~32kDa).
APPLICATION:	Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections (10-20µg/ml)) Western Blot (0.5-4µg/ml) Optimal conditons must be determined individually for each application.
