CONCENTRATION: 0.2mg/ml
FORMULATION: Liquid. Affinity purified antibody in PBS, pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Synthetic peptide around the cleavage site of human caspase-7.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human, mouse and rat active caspase-7 p20 subunit. Does not cross-react with procaspase-7 or other caspases.
APPLICATION: Immunocytochemistry (5µg/ml)
Immunohistochemistry (10-20µg/ml)
Immunoprecipitation (10-20µg/ml)
