IMMUNOGEN: Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 82-101 (P82ASPPYYSEKTQLYNKPHEE101) of human PPARγ1 (peroxisome proliferator activated receptor g1) and to aa 110-129 of human PPARγ2.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human and mouse PPARγ1 and PPARγ2. Detects bands of ~53kDa and ~57kDa by Western blot.
APPLICATION: Immunohistochemistry (1:200)
