SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:	Human Rat
SOURCE/HOST:	From rabbit.
FORMULATION:	Lyophilized antiserum.
RECONSTITUTION:	Reconstitute with 100µl of distilled water.
IMMUNOGEN:	Recombinant human sPLA₂(synovial phospholipase A₂).
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes human (type IIa) and rat sPLA₂. Detects a band of ~14kDa by Western blot. Does not cross-react with human sPLA₂ (type V) or with PLA₂ from bee venom, snake venom (Naja naja), pig or bovine pancreas.
APPLICATION:	Immunohistochemistry Immunoprecipitation Western Blot (1:1’000)
