SPECIFICITY: Recognizes mouse CCR4. Does not cross-react with human CCR4.

General Information
Mouse CCR4 is the homolog of human CCR4 receptor (85% identical), binding macrophage inflammatory protein-1α (MIP-1α) and RANTES. Mouse CCR4 transcripts are expressed in the thymus and in T-cell lines.
