IMMUNOGEN: Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 512-530(C512CSTEDSKSKEGSQNLQSQ530) of C-terminal mouse ERβ (estrogen receptor β).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human and rat  ERβ. Detects a band of ~55kDa by Western blot. Does not cross-react with ERα.
APPLICATION: Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections (1-2µg/ml), paraffin sections (1-2µg/ml))
