RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 100µl water containing 0.05% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Recombinant human Nod2 (CARD15) (aa 28-301).
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human Nod2.
APPLICATION: Immunoprecipitation*
Western Blot (1:500 to 1:1'000)*
*) tested with cells overexpressing Nod2. In monocytes, Nod2 is expressed at low levels and may not be detected with this antibody.

USE/STABILITY: Stable for at least 2 years after receipt when stored at -20°C.
