IMMUNOGEN:	Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 509-524 (K⁵⁰⁹GPVKEEGTNKSEKRM⁵²⁴) of the automodification domain of bovine PARP-1 (poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase-1).
SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes human, mouse, rat, bovine, hamster and monkey PARP-1.
APPLICATION:	ELISA (peptide): Dilution buffer: PBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% non fat dried milk and 0.05% Tween 20. Detectable antigen range: titer 1:35’000 (OD ~0.2) Immunoprecipitation: 1:50. Dilution buffer: 175 mM sodium phosphate (pH 7.5); 100 mM NaCl, 1 % Triton X100, 0.5 % sodium deoxycholate, 0.1 % SDS, 0.1 mM EDTA and protease inhibitors (0.17 µg/ml PMSF, 27 µg/ml aprotinin, 0.5 µg/ml leupeptin, 0.5 µg/ml pepstatin, 0.5 µg/ml chymostatin, 0.5 µg/ml tosylphenylalanine).
