SOURCE/HOST: From rabbit.
CONCENTRATION: 0.2mg/ml
FORMULATION: Liquid. Antibody in PBS, pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 159-170 of human caspase-7.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human, mouse and rat caspase-7. Detects bands of ~34kDa (full length caspase-7) and ~20kDa (processed caspase-7) by Western blot.
APPLICATION: Western Blot (1-4µg/ml)
Optimal conditions must be determined individually.

LONG TERM STORAGE: -80°C
