Product Description

Since prostaglandin E₂ (PGE₂) has a short half-life time and is metabolized in vivo to its 13,14-dihydro-15-keto metabolite this kit was developed as a method of converting all of the PGE₂ plasma metabolites to a single stable derivative that could be easily quantified by EIA. This kit is therefore the method of choice if the samples in question have undergone extensive metabolism prior to collection.
