Product Description

Potent and selective antagonist of CXCR2 chemokine receptor (IC₅₀=22nM). >150-fold more selective over CXCR1 receptor. Inhibits IL-8- (IC₅₀=8nM) and GROα-mediated (IC₅₀=10nM) calcium mobilisation. Prevents IL-8-induced neutrophil migration. Inhibits HIV replication in lymphocytes and macrophages.
