SOURCE/HOST:	Produced in CHO cells. Mouse ST2 (aa 27-332) is fused to the Fc portion of human IgG1.

General Information

ST2 is a transmembrane receptor of the new IL-1 family member IL-33. It induces the NF-κB pathway upon its activation and is involved in T helper type 2 response driving the production of Th2-associated cytokines. ST2 is predominantly expressed in hematopoietic tissues, and in macrophage, erythroid, epithelial and fibroblast cell lines.
