SPECIFICITY:

Recognizes an epitope within the globular region of human and bovine aggrecan. Does not cross-react with rat, chicken or shark aggrecan.
APPLICATION: ELISA (1:500-1:1’000)
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections (1:50-1:300)): Predigestion of tissue sections with 100-150mU/ml testicular hyaluronidase or rather crude collagenases (1-2 hours at 37°C) may improve staining.
Immunoprecipitation (1:50-1:300)
Western Blot (1:100-1:300; reducing and non-reducing conditions)
