Product Description

Cytotoxic. Inhibits NF-κB (IC₅₀=42-84µM), AP-1 (IC₅₀=21µM) and STAT1α mediated gene expression induced by IFN-γ resulting in inhibition of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS; NOS ll) expression.
