Product Description
Reversible inhibitor of caspase-8 and granzyme B. Also inhibits caspase-6 and -10. The peptide sequence corresponds to one of the cleavage sites of the inactive 32kDa caspase-3 precursor (aa 25-28). It blocks the formation of the p17 subunit and concomitantly induces the accumulation of the p20 peptide.
