SOURCE/HOST: Produced in HEK 293 cells. The cysteine-rich domain of human XEDAR (X-linked ectodysplasin-A2 receptor) (aa 1-133) is fused to the Fc portion of human IgG1.
CONCENTRATION: 1mg/ml after reconstitution
PURITY: ≥90% (SDS-PAGE)
FORMULATION: Lyophilized. Contains PBS.
ENDOTOXIN CONTENT: <0.1EU/µg purified protein (LAL test; Bio Whittaker).
RECONSTITUTION: Reconstitute with 50µl sterile water. Further dilutions should be made with medium containing 5% fetal calf serum.
SPECIFICITY: Binds human EDA-A2 (ectodysplasin-A2).
